I've been visiting your photos for quite some time now, but never felt worthy enough to make a comment. This one is way up there as one of my favourite images you have shared.
Yes, I remember the original one. I picked up a book that is a compilation of photos by Walker Evans that is housed in a museum in Minnesota. I'm sure you're aware that he did a series of New York subway photos. He decided at some point to carry a secret camera and take photos unbeknownst to the subject. I thought of you immediately and what I've always told you about the historical value of your body of work. Wonderful, as always.
