   Rainy days and Mondays always bring me down.

   I hate getting on the subway on a rainy day (when the trains are humid and smell like a gym locker), but this photo is a nice consolation.

   Wonderful moody shot, but not at all a downer. It's the light. It somehow makes me think that he's looking at a Jackson Pollack painting.

   It does have a painterly quality. Very evocative. Again, I like the change of pace of this picture within the stream.

   on such a day. You´ll be wet within 5 minutes and
   nobody gives you a smile. Like the picture a lot.
