Wow, a rare moment when you can catch someone still using a pay phone in 2006. Though, I don't live in New York so maybe it's not as uncommon as it is around here.

Very often you have to use the pay phones because most mobile phones don't work underground. Personally, I prefer not to make the call. Pay phones are gross.
