I'm almost positive this dude is a member of the Federation of Black Cowboys. They are a collective of black cowboys that have a big stable of horses off of the Belt Parkway. They work with the local community to educate them about horses and another way to appreciate life. Read about them here and here . I tried to find their site but it seems to be down. I recently I saw this great film about their outfit. Check it out.
I'll be taking the week off so no new pics till next Monday the 10th. But with around 600 images in the archive maybe it's time for a stroll through the last year and half.
enjoy your trip!
