This photo does a good job of giving the viewer the sense of being trapped between all the people.
I recognize this shot - I so, so often feel blurry in the mornings and then to be assaulted by those awful florescent lights as well! I hate those lights - and some smart person has figured out how to position them just right so their glare actually "whites out" the view of some of the beautiful tile work. Grrrr.
