Are people becoming more concerned about you and your camera? It seems that you are getting some strange and intense looks lately. Is this just because you're deciding to post that kind of shot or are people more uncomfortable?
I think you have a thundering good camera, and given the level of lighting on the underground (sorry, subway) you get very good pics with a good depth of focus and remarkable detail. I hope you are able to keep the work going and don;'t get thrown off !
Im not really sure how i would feel to someone taking a picture of me so close. I probably wouldnt mind too much of course but it would certainly be a bit strange and i would ask them why they took it. You're obviously very used to it now, and you do it so well.
This is one of those pictures i really love, up close. Really get the feeling the train is pretty crowded. So real.
It's great how you always manage to get one (and usually only one) person looking straight into the camera.

Interesting interpretation from previous comment. I saw it as the exact opposite; a look of resignation or surrender, almost compliance.
