it's like this guys been doing the same thing since the 22nd - had to go back a few days to make sure he's moved at all...he's a very nice subject. Quality image Travis, quality project. How many days you have left before you goal is complete?
New York is always known as the "melting pot". But I'm always happy to see that the meltdown isn't fast enough or effective enough to create a boring, homogenous mass. Your photos show much diversity, plenty of strong culture and everyone thrown together in one big cultural gumbo.
Come to think of it the rural midwest isn't doing so bad in this regard. Out in the middle of a cornfield we have a huge southeast Asian temple.
Nice image with just enough detail down the left side of the profile, allowing your brain to fill in the blanks.

I especially like his glowing beard and the subdued and beautiful lighting on his paper.
