The watcher here looks very much like a Tibetan monk. Is this some kind of unintentional (or intentional) reminder that our spiritual selves are watching how we live?
And, you are so brave to take these photos of people. Do you ever get hassled, or do youmanage, somehow, to stay anonymous? Your camera lens must be very quiet!
