One last extra from last week. Looking at a big snow storm on Monday/Tuesday. I wonder what that will bring.

Great lighting in this shot.
I have to say, I've really enjoyed your site since I found it a while ago. We don't have subways where I live so it's interesting subject material. We do have above ground light rail, but if you were to pull out a camera on one of those people definitely wouldn't be happy with you. Australian's don't like public photographers!
This shot is definitely a favorite! I just love the lighting in that scene as well as the sense of movement on the one hand and the sharpness in the blue light on the other hand. Really, really like it. :)
Very nice, love the blue detail. Great work as always...
i'm sure you've seen this blog, but in case you haven't....

Hi Travis - you've got a wonderful blog and the quality of the pictures is terrific. They almost look like commercial pictures but certainly have that fly on the wall quality to them too.
I must take my camera out more often on the tube to add some more piccies to my blog.
Also thanks to Timelapse for bringing my blog to your attention
Annie I think someone should start a Mass Transit/commute blog ring. Your site is really great, I hope we can send visitors back and forth. Did you know the head of the Tube was the savior of the NYC MTA back in the 80's? It's a pretty interesting story.
Thanks Travis - so pleased I found your site.
Yes we Londoners know all about Bob Kiley - he earns a fortune in the UK, but I can't say I'm particularly impressed with him.
We also had a guy from Texas C T Yerkes who came over to London and invested in the tube in 1900. He was a much more colourful character than Bob Kiley - but was a known embezzler and had this brilliant catchphrase "Buy up old junk, fix it up a little and unload it upon other fellows". Seems to be the motto of the London Underground these days.
