Day off today, went ice skating with the kids. I stayed completly above ground. This is an extra from last week when the 7 train was knocked out of service due to "smoke" conditions. These two trains were sitting in the station like sleeping dragons. Lights out and not a soul on the platform. The only sound was the echoing voice of the station announcer barking instructions to no one.
