This is one of those images that to me doesn't have much to do with the subway. I sort of felt like it was just a train image but the more I look at it the more feel like it's a portrait of a state of mind. Maybe a state of mind that is false and only exsists on posters or ads. Maybe it's my take on where this country is right now. Or maybe it's just a picture of a subway car...
Wow. So many elements to make it subversive. What a catch.

When this photo was loading on my slooooow computer, I thought the couple on the sign were passengers on the train. And I was pretty shocked by their facial expressions. It was like they were from another planet. Real people on the subway generally have stoic expressions. They have their commuter faces on. When I realized it was an ad, I understood why it looked so fake.
Wow that's a sharp shot! I can tell it's been a long time since I last visted home. Since when do we have cars without tags all over them ;)

I think it reeks of media illusion and bankruptcy.
