   travis, I love these. And not just on Valentine's Day. But I got a question for you. You say you carry around that big bulky camera so that it doesn't look like you are sneaking around and taking photos, but Dude, are you the invisible man, or what? How do you get these amazing shots? If I tried any of these my next photo would be of my colon. Maybe it's a New York thing. Anyway, keep at it. These are fabulous and I'm STILL insanely jealous. :)

   Jeff, Some days/scenes are easier that others. These two were so engrossed with each they never noticed me and so I was able to get off three or four frames. I have to let many scenes go by because I just know when I raise the camera I'm going to kill the moment. Thanks, Travis

   I'm with Jeff on this one. It's really *hard* to take photos of strangers where I live, and I would probably end up in the hospital (or morgue) if I where to take some of the ones in the places I'd like around here. Some of the shots I've seen on this site, as well as on Joe's NYC just make my jaw drop from the up-close and personal POVs you two get. Great work Travis!

   I'm glad you pointed out Joe's site, www.joesnyc.streetnine.com. His site was one of my first inspirations to start this project. Actually it's one of his images that I keep thinking about when I'm shooting. It's a stunning image from 01/09, check it out.
