That's really magnificent...two lives devided by this post as the world rushes by. Great that your subjects stayed still long enough for you to get the motion of the train. Did you use a flash? Great shot.
Yeah yeah, everyone's already said it all, but this was too good not to comment on! Beautiful capture.

Well I'm feeling a bit like a bad photo editor for letting this one sit on my commuter for as long as I had. I really do try and stick to posting what I shot that day and can't imagine that what I posted on this day was any better than this one. I'm happy to say these two gentelmen are waiting for a Brooklyn bound F Train. Brooklyn is after all the greatest place on this planet to live! It seems like a million movies have been made from moments like this. Thanks for all the wonderful feedback!!
Great shot with several contrasts. age, personality, movement and lack thereof. I bet it would work well in black and white, too.

Fantastic Photo. Just goes to show you that no matter how different people are, we all have the same goal in needing to go from Point A to Point B. Thanks for sharing
I am creating a board banner for my New York City Board and was wondering if I could use this photo as a board banner...
I would really appreciate it.

As everyone else has mentioned.... great phtograph.
What I find so surprising in all the comments is that no one mentions the culture clash of the Hassidem and the urban/grung type look. Its so strange to see so many people comment on it and to see beyond 'two men'.
I havn't lived in NYC in almost 20 years but it will always be my home.
I liked it... someday I will live in that city :)
Great composition here! The symmetry, and lack thereof (between the two people) is just great.
I love the contrast between the two people. Left gives the feeling of 'hip' while right gives more of an old world feel... excellent shot.
Nice.
Nothing to add other than it's an awesome shot.

Well, there's not much that I can say that hasn't already been mentioned - great shot :-)
Wow, I love this shot! I check this site daily, but I don't usually comment. I had to comment on this one though; Very nice shot!
