good job. haven't had time to see a lot and look forward to coming back. this image is
excellent as it is, congratulations. i'm known to never see a negative i couldn't improve so i hope you'll indulge me when i suggest that this is image is even more important as two separate photographs. obviously the man/boy is one and the green hat the other.
check our the green , black , white only and the black frame of the hat - the moment, the details are great - it's all there, the narrative and graphic aspects. the man/boy is equally sensitive and strong, great angle and since the diagonal bars echo the book, i would crop to the edge of the book. also in the green hat i would crop to the edge of the black bag to keep it black - i don't need the knees. for what it's worth, most contmporary photogarphs annoy me - including most of those achieving recognition - if you were able to work full time as a photographer, we would all be the better for it.
thank you for good, direct and connected work.
